Story

On 1st July 2022, My Twin Brother, My Dad and Myself are venturing on a 2700 mile bike ride called The Great Divide Mountain Bike Route (GDMBR) The bike ride starts from Banff Canada and follows the Rocky Mountains through America, ending on the Mexican Border in Antelope Wells New Mexico. We will be doing the ride unsupported and financing ourselves on front Suspension ( hard tail ) Mountain Bikes. We will not be racing the route and I expect it will take us 3.5 months... We will be wild camping most of the time and hopefully avoiding grizzlies and mountain lions! Only staying in a hotel when we hit a town and need a shower, which will be about every 7-10 days.

We decided to do this ride and to fundraise for Hospice Care Exeter. During Covid our Mum Passed away. Even with all the restrictions at the time, the Nurses went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable and could have privacy and we were all able to see our Mum at that crucial time.

So much Love!

Thank you xxx
