The time has come for me to hang up my trainers after taking on one final challenge for a charity close to my heart - Children's Hospice South West.  

I'm planning to cycle from my home town of Bude to Torrington and then walk the Tarka Trail to Barnstaple - where I will lay some flowers and spend some time at Pilton Cemetery to remember by son Kierran and my wife Julie who's birthday it will be.
