I am running the 2010 London Marathon in aid of two fantastic Devon charities; North Devon Hospice and Rowcroft Hospice. Although they receive some central funding it falls short of the level required to provide the extensive range of services that they provide to patients and their families. Support from the donating public is therefore essential for them to continue providing the wonderful services that most of us have had some experience of and almost certainly will do again in the future.
