On 6 September 2014 I will riding the length of Italy in 8 back-to-back days of cycling with the Lloyd's Cycling Club. The ride is over 900 miles with no rest days and should be epic.
You can also follow my progress daily on Twitter (@richpclarke).

Thanks
The entire tour is self-funded and organised with the assistance of corporate sponsors for our kit and the van (thanks to Besso, Tysers, Navigators, and MLW). Also, a special thanks Peter Harris, Rick Welsh and Clive O'Connell for organising the ride. Find out more about the club here: http://www.lloydscyclingclub.com
The Charity
I have decided again to raise money for Arthritis Research UK who do excellent work on this common and often debilitating condition. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Many thanks for your support and wish me luck!
