20 years ago FOL Chairman and Founder, Trevor Stevenson drove a tractor around Ireland to raise enough money to build a school in Uganda. This year as FOL celebrates 20 years in international development, we will be cycling around Northern Ireland to raise awareness about our well drilling initiative. As CEO of FOL, I will be attempting a 600 mile cycle over a 6 day period. I am aiming to raise funds for our Water Drilling Programme in East Africa. All funds raised will go towards the drilling of wells in war torn Northern Uganda, an area that has beenn ravaged by civil war over the past 25 years and led to the displacement of an estimated 2 million people.
