As part of the London North-East and East Midlands planning team at Network Rail we have decided to raise money  for Mind BLMK. 

Mind BLMK work across local communities to support positive mental health and wellbeing. Working closely with a range of partners, they offer a number of activities from wellbeing centres and local venues to make a difference to the mental health and wellbeing of people in Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes. Their aim is to make sure that no-one has to face a mental health problem alone. This help is needed even more as the effects of lockdown impact on people's mental health.

Along with 16 colleagues, on September 13th I will be taking part in a self funded day hike of approx. 24 miles to climb the highest 3 peaks of the Yorkshire Dales totalling 1700 metres of ascent.
