It will be 18 months almost to the day of this ride since I was twice brought back to life following a cardiac arrest and lacerated liver while out cycling with a small but perfectly formed Sandsfoot Cafe Group. I’ve been fortunate to get a place in this year’s Prudential Ride London 46 and hope to raise at least £200 to help others with heart and circulatory conditions. Donations gratefully received 💜
