On the 1st September myself and a team of friends known as 'Bob's Bikers' are  cycling from Nottingham to Norfolk in memory of our dear friend Robert 'Billy' Billson.The 3 day challenge is being attempted by 'non professionals' and by some who had even forgotten how to ride a bike.

Billy died suddenly of heart attack at such a young age with his whole life ahead of him.

Heart disease is a killer and it can strike at any age. Please remember Billy and help me and the team raise as much money as possible for this very worthy cause.

Or if you did not know Billy, think of us all and the 3 days of pain our nether regions will endure!!!
