Hi – For the last 9 years the Openwork Foundation have organised a Cycle Challenge. For the 10^th anniversary they have chosen the toughest ‘off road’ challenge so far.

I will be cycling 400km in 5 days over the very challenging mountainous and active volcanic interior of Costa Rica. 

As with last year I am raising funds for The Openwork Foundation which supports children who are physically, mentally or socially disadvantaged.  Thanks to you, last year The Openwork Foundation raised over £500,000 and were able to donate more than £485,500 to these charities.
