Story
I want to raise money for TASC because on Easter Monday, they attended my good friend Andrew Welch, who had a massive heart attack and died. He was just 57 years of age. Amidst all that is going on, the Emergency services came to Andrews’ home and carried out their jobs with kindness, sensitivity and compassion.
How am I raising money?
A few years ago I undertook a 30 day challenge painting a new portrait every single day for a month. http://www.richardgreaves.net/30-day-challenge-/
To raise money for the charity, I have blended this style with my classical style for new Portrait commissions, at a very special price of £500 [my portraits usually start at £1200] and I will donate 50% of the sale of every portrait to The Ambulance Staff Charity.
How do you get involved?
- Watch the video of me painting a portrait in oil of Andrew from a photo supplied by his family on https://www.instagram.com/richardgreavesportraits/ (coming soon) this is the style I can be commissioned to paint a portrait for you. As this will be my gift I will be donating £250 to TASC for this first portrait.
- Contact me richardgreaves@me.com and I will look at your photos and discuss which one[s] will work
- Donate £250 to the charity via my justgiving link and I will
invoice you for the balance. - If you would like a more complex composition as detailed on my website I will also donate 50% of the price of that commission to the charity up to the end of this year. www.richardgreaves.net
How else can you help or donate?
I may have painted a portrait of you during my 30 day challenge [none of which were commissioned] if so, you can buy it now for £300 – ALL of which will go to the charity.
These will be posted online here every few days and you will be contacted directly if I still have yours available.
Or just make a donation….
Thank you!
