As part of the Ardonagh Group Give Back week, on 8th December 2022 I will be boxing Rob Worrell in 3 x 3 minute rounds of body sparring to help raise money for a community based charity called Mires Beck.

Mires Beck has been a registered charity since 1994. We provide work experience and social therapeutic horticulture for adults who live with the challenges of learning difficulties, Autism and physical disabilities at our 14 acre nursery and conservation site.
