Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

COVID-19 has affected us all in different ways financially, physically, emotionally and mentally. Having direct experience of mental health issues myself, I know how people can be affected during a period of extreme stress and uncertainty.

My colleagues and I at Whyte and Mackay wanted to do something to help people suffering from mental health issues, particularly at this time of crisis.

So we are teaming up to raise funds for a number of charities including the Scottish Association for Mental Health.

As a team we aim to raise £50,000 by walking, running and cycling

around the world in 8 weeks

- a distance of 29,000 miles.

For my part I aim to raise at least £500 towards that total by running the distance of 1 marathon each week for 8 weeks (338km).

Please contribute whatever you can.

Many thanks.

Richard
