Ok so Im doing a bike ride for the charity saca who pick a new childrens charity each year to donate all sponsorship money too. The bike ride is from birmingham to london and If im honest my bike seat is only comfortable for about . . . . . 20mins, I'm pretty sure it takes a little longer than that so If you want to punish me and make me stay on the 'saddle of increasing uncomfort' then donate a couple of quid and i'll do it just for you.

I'm not the type of guy that begs but please please please please please please give just a little to help out.

This year all of the hard earned cash that you can donate will be going to Wellchild Uk and I'm sure they would appricaite anything you can afford no matter what that is.
