Great run for a great cause, 53.13 wanted to get under 50 mins but all things considered not bad at all. A massive thank you to all of you who donated, I've still some cash to put on as well.

Starting back training after some time off on the new house,

I am raising money for Macmillan Cancer support, as a thank you for all the support they given to my family over the hard times. When dealing with my Wife's Bowel Cancer and most recently when my Mum past away from Cancer.

I know how hard Macmillan work to support families like our's and how great all staff are so this is a little something to say thank you.
