MND is a disease that has had an affect on my family. My grandma Sylvia died of MND in 2006. She was a fantastic strong woman who meant the world to us all... to see her detoriate away in front of our eyes was tough take.

Rob Burrows story is one that has had an effect and touched everybody. A heartbreaking story that Is tough to watch at times but the strength of Rob and his family is incredible. Rob is a true fighter without question and has made a huge difference in bringing MND into the spotlight and steps being taken to combat this disease.

MND is a horrible disease and we have to fight back. The money raised will help Rob and his family and the MND association get closer to finding a cause and cure for Motor Neurone Disease.

I will be doing 100 rounds of kickboxing continuously  ( approx 4 hours 10 mins) with various sparring partners...2 minute rounds with a 30 second break.

Please give as little or as much as you can...its very very much appreciated. Thankyou
