I have been given the opportunity to take part in the BGL Group's trip to Zambia to see the fantastic work that we have done in building a school in Kabaka and spend time with the community which it has helped.

In raising the money we are contributing to making this school a reality, which will in turn make a huge difference to the entire community.

Having hated all things running since birth - when not chasing a ball or food! - I am in training for the Manchester marathon...and trying to run it in under 4 hours!! Please support in this as I will be going through my own personal hell! :)
