I am doing the Coast to Coast for CAP over the weeked of the 20th,21st & 22nd of July, as I have personally seen lives been transformed by their work. I have met many people who are working with CAP that now have hope that one day soon they will be DEBT FREE. Not one person I have met is in the situation they are in because they have just overspent. It mostly because they are unable to get full time permanent work, redundancy, long term illness and relationship break down. Many of these people are at rock bottom, all CAP does is love them.
