Story

On July 20-24 this year, I will be taking part in the #NoLimits London to Paris challenge for the second time, this time as a Trustee of the amazing charity that is Back Up. The London to Paris ride is Back Up's most gruelling cycling challenge, covering 500km and climbing 5000m over three days. I’ll be one of a group of 40 riders including six hand cyclists covering the distance on arm power alone!

For over 30 years, Back Up have helped people and their families to rebuild their independence after a devastating spinal cord injury. Their award-winning, practical services challenge the perceptions of what's possible and help to increase skills and confidence.

On behalf of all the trustees, staff and most importantly our service users, thank you for your support. Any sponsorship you can provide is hugely appreciated, and it will all go towards helping those affected by Spinal Cord injury.
