Hi, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. For those of you who do not know me my name is Richard, although I am known to everyone as Rick.

I started running last year following a health scare of my own. This year I have completed The Swindon half marathon of 13.1 miles where I raised money for Swindon hospital. In November I completed The Tidworth 10k race and raised money for Salisbury hospital.

Cancer Research Uk is a charity close to my heart after watching my mum battle various types of Cancer for many years.
