This year I’ve been lucky enough to get a charity place in the 2023 London marathon for Ashgate Hospice, a charity very close to apt of peoples hearts. 

The marathon has been a life long ambition for me and I couldn’t think of a better charity and reason to do it. I’ll be running this in memory of so many special people who sadly aren’t with us anymore. This will push me over the finish line when it gets tough. Hopefully I can make my friends and family proud on the day. 

Training has started well soo far.  Please give as little or as much as you can to this amazing cause.
