No heart wrenching story, although all those effected by this dreadful disease certainly do have. I simply have family and friends whom have had or are going through the worst time. 

I haven't done anything like this before and believe I should get up off my backside, do some training, put in an effort to contribute to the amazing people who are dedicated to fighting this.
