I am going to run a the amount of miles to match the date, every day in June. So it will look like this; 1st June = 1 Mile run, 2nd June = 2 Mile run, 3rd June = 3 Mile run, and so on, meaning I’ll be running 30 Miles on the last day of the month too.
Mental health is such a serious issue across all age groups, but especially young men. I want to put my body through a test raise money towards this charity, but also to show that you can work through tough times and with some resilience you can come out the other end in a better place! It’s okay not to be okay!
