Hi, thanks for visiting my page.

I'm doing Tough Mudder which involves a half marathon run combined with obstacle courses designed by the military Special Forces.

They involve Electric Shocks, running through fire, swimming through frozen ice, swinging along greased up monkey bars, crawling through mud - the whole lot. No pain is spared.

I’m part of a team raising money for a worthwhile charity called Sightsavers who are responsible for performing sight saving operations on people in underdeveloped countries including cataract removal operations etc for those who could not afford it. It would be great if you were able to donate and support the work they do.

I’m not normally one for sponsored events, and avoid most forms of running as much as humanly possible. So please donate and help support a charity that works to improve the lives of many around the world.
