Unfortunately like most things this year the London 10K on 5th July has been cancelled, but rather than do nothing the Vision RT team are hosting a virtual event on 2nd Aug help Action Radiotherapy who are really struggling for funding right now, like a lot of charities.

It will be odd running hard without the crowds, but the team are all running at the same time, albeit alone and I'll give it my all!
