We organise disaster relief worldwide to be there for people in desperate need

Story

Our 5 year old son, Finlay, came to us this week to say he wanted to do something to help the poor children in Somalia who are malnourished, starving and dying due to the drought-induced famine there.  The region is experiencing it's worst drought in over 50 years and more than 10 million people, many of them children and babies, have been affected.  To help Finlay 'do his bit' to help, my husband, Richard, is going to take him to walk the first 2 stages of the West Highland Way on the 19th & 20th August, with all money raised going to the Disasters Emergency Committee's relief effort in East Africa.  We would appreciate any donations, whatever you can manage, to help the boys on their way.  Many thanks for taking the time to visit our page, I promise to keep you updated an how things are going and you'll be making a young boy very happy!  Sarah xx
