Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
After several false starts, I took up running a few years ago and have grown to love it. I have completed the Worcester Half-Marathon before, but have really struggled over the last few miles. I expect it to be tough again on May 4th but I am preparing better for it this time. I am an enthusiastic Worcester Parkrunner (3 mile runs) and joined Worcester Black Pear Joggers last year and enjoy a 6-7 mile run with them once or twice each week. I'm planning longer training runs which I haven't done before and I'm eating a lot of porridge! Any tips, advice or encouragement will be greatly-received!
