I will be getting back in the ring again on the 18th of November at the buttermarket Shrewsbury, I’ve chosen my charity as Parkinson’s uk. My reasons for this is having witnessed the way it’s robbed my Dad of the his independence strength body & mind & the chance of Properly spending time & getting to know his granddaughter’s it’s has been heartbreaking for us a family but even more so for him.

Many of you reading this will have known my Dad for many years or you’ll remember him from being around the house when me & jann were growing up & the big strong character he was. Unfortunately now he requires specialist care which cannot be given at home so he now stays at the nursing home in llansaintffaid when he’s not in hospital…

The support I received on my first fight was incredible & totally unexpected, I will leave you with this… Parkinson’s is a truly horrible condition which affects the body & mind so the more we know about it the better it is for everyone if you can give any amount possible me & my family would be extremely grateful..
