Well that's it - no more training - I completed the Brighton Marathon in a time of 4hrs 10 mins. OK it was outside my target time of 4hrs but it was a very warm day and I hit the wall at mile 19 and my pace dropped off dramtically!

May I state now for the record that I will never EVER be running a marathon again!! The pain for me was unbelieveable, so much so that I did actually burst into tears at some points!

But it was all worth it due to the sponsorship money that you gave me, I'm sure it is going to help a lot of people. It certainly helped me ahe a very fulfilling experience, one that I won't forget about in a hurry. (If only to remind myself never to do it again!!)
