Story
First of all I would like to thank you for bothering to look up this page, now how can I persuade you to part with some cash?.
What could be a dafter idea than running 150 miles through heat and humidity of the Amazon Jungle especially at an age when I should know better. As if this was not enough the Amazon is home to lots of things that, well without putting too finer point on it, could eat one. Piranha and Caiman during the the river crossings, Jaguar, Panthers and Pumas not to mention the odd Anaconda and Boa Constrictor. How difficult can it be for goodness sake.
So if I am going to risk life and limb doing this then I need some help and that’s where you come in. As with previous daft events that I have entered I am seeking sponsorship to support Medecins sans Frontiers with their worldwide work. Wherever disaster, famine or war brings misery to people the teams of MSF will be the first in without thought of their own safety so I guess they would not think twice about the perils of the Amazon Jungle. Lots of instructions about how you can give so please follow the links and assist MSF with their work.
