On Sunday May 6th I'll be taking part in the RunFrimley 10km Road Race to raise money for the Frimley Park Hospital Stroke Appeal.

The charity helps to continually improve the stroke unit at FPH and is part of the Frimley Health Charity that supports the hospital in so many ways, from investing in new and specialist equipment to making the hospital feel more homely for patients during their stay. The cause is one that is very close to my heart following the incredible work and compassion the staff have shown to my family in recent years.
