Royal Parks Half Marathon 2021 · 10 October 2021 ·

10,500 people in the UK have ataxia which is a progressive neurological condition that disrupts the messages sent from our brains to our muscles that are used to move, speak, listen and see. Ataxia UK funds research into finding treatments and a cure and provide support until they are found.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My dad died from Alzheimers, my mother has it as well, and I have one of the Alzheimers genes!

Whilst I can still remember things, thought that it was a good idea to raise some money for a worthwhile cause.

Ataxia is one of those small charities that you have never heard of that does amazing things for people, so dig deep!

Thanks
Richard
