Story

Our specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community and the generosity of our amazing supporters.

This year myself and the rest of Team CEMEX are cycling for this good cause. This will be the first 100 mile ride I have attempted and having not really been tuned in to cycling that much in the last few months it could pose quite a challenge.

My Dad suffered a stroke a few years ago but was fortunate that it was only mild. Many people are not so fortunate and the Stroke Association does amazing work in supporting them and their families through recovery.
