Dear Friends and colleagues,

I will suffer and run the Amsterdam marathon in a couple of weeks. I will run to raise money for Survivors Fund. I have been on the board of this great organisation since it started. It makes a real difference to the lives of survivors of the Rwanda genocide. They are a neglected and undersupported group who continue to suffer and struggle with life. In solidarity we must be there with them. What ever you can do to support me and them would be fantastic!!!
