I am taking on the January Press-Up Challenge for Alzheimer's Society.
Alzheimer’s disease is the most common cause of dementia.
Dementia is the name for a set of symptoms that includes memory loss and difficulties with thinking, problem-solving or language. Dementia develops when the brain is damaged by diseases, including Alzheimer’s.
Alzheimer’s is named after Alois Alzheimer, the doctor who first described it.
My goal is to raise money to help research and understand this debilitating disease better.
I'll be doing 2022 press ups throughout January which is roughly 65 a day.
Hoping to do all 65 without a break - or at least with minimal rest.
