On Saturday we are running a 10km assault course called Born Survivor. It is a physical endurance challenge designed by Elite British Royal Marines Commandos. There are 30+ hardcore obstacles sure to destroy us and make us cry. We are doing this for a very worthwhile charity - Autism Aware UK.
