I am running the 2010 London Marathon in aid of two fantastic Devon charities; Rowcroft Hospice and North Devon Hospice. Although they receive central funding, it is not sufficient to cover the extensive range of services they provide their patients and their families without the additional support and generosity of the donating public. Few of us have been lucky enough not to have had some sort of experience of the wonderful services that hospices provide and none of us can know when we may come into contact again so they deserve our ongoing support.
