Story
Hello again, my friends!
In these tumultuous times, I'm trying to raise even more than the £1,650 that you so generously contributed in support of Mind (see below) when I took on the RideLondon-Surrey challenge in 2019.
On 29 May, my crumbling body will be attempting to cycle 100 MILES through central London, into Epping Forest & past some of Essex’s most picturesque towns & villages before joining a section of the 2014 Stage Three Tour de France route.
Sounds rather jolly doesn’t it?
But, post lockdown fitness levels, a recent bout of Covid & a predictably sketchy training program mean the stakes are higher (as is the blood pressure) so your physical, emotional and financial support will be very greatly appreciated.
Please donate if you can.
You are amazing!
Mind is a wonderful charity providing advice and support to empower any of the one in four of us that experience a mental health problem, every year.
They believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. Whether you're stressed, depressed or in crisis. They'll listen, give support and advice, and fight your corner.
Mind won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
