I've been wanting to complete the Brecon Beast mountain bike event for a few years. Various things have happened which have stopped me taking part in the past. This year it all looks good and I've registered to complete the longer of the two routes, which is 75k. 

I've got until September 14th to get fit enough to complete the course and raise lots of money for charity. I've decided on Prostrate Cancer as my charity.
