Yes, Rich and Pete are doing something stupid, but wait! This is different - it doesn't involve beer (well, not until we've finished anyway).

On 19th August, we will be competing in a super-sprint distance triathlon in aid of the absolutely fantastic Leonard Cheshire Disability charity.
