Story
Our big brother, Archie, was born without eyes and had a harelip and cleft palate (among other special needs) which has left him looking somewhat different!
Anyone who knows Arch will have heard him talk about how handsome he is (and gorgeous + beautiful), but we know that for others, having a facial disfigurement can be a source of embarrassment, anxiety and even bullying. In a recent study, 80% of people with a disfigurement reported experiencing comments or unpleasantness from a stranger.
We want to raise money for the charity Changing Faces as they provide help and support for people with disfigurements.
To make this 13 mile run even harder we will be taking it in turns to run BLINDFOLDED! We are aiming to raise £1000 and would really appreciate any amount you are able to sponsor.
