Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

My brother had cancer which was successfully treated. Many wider family members and friends have also encountered it, and one day I might too.

So why an Endurance Shoot? Well, I wanted to do something fun and memorable and didn't really fancy a fun run or some such. Mr Banana is a character I created initially for one scene in one of my films, but he seems to have developed a life of his own and now features in numerous of my projects including an eBook series starting later this year.

The Endurance Shoot involves Mr Banana being stood on by up to five people at once, 35 poses being maintained for 30 seconds each. The majority involve either three or four.

If we manage all 35 poses safely and successfully for the allotted time then we've been successful. Yay.
