You might know that my wife, Michelle is currently undergoing treatment for breast cancer at Velindre Cancer Care Centre, Cardiff. 

If that wasn’t enough, Thomas Carroll has several (too many) much loved colleagues also undergoing treatment at Velindre at the moment.

Velindre is an inspirational place with wonderful people. I have seen first hand how they have given Michelle the best possible treatment and importantly the support needed to face up to this horrible thing.

Michelle and I are both embarking on quite a trek in February 2019 in Nepal and the Himalayas. Whilst it will be physically difficult and certainly emotional for us both it is also the perfect opportunity for us to raise money and give something back to Velindre.

We are fortunate enough to be in the position to pay for our own travel and accommodation so anything we raise is all for Velindre.

Any support you can give, however small is extremely welcome and for that we both thank you.
