Story

Mae'r sefyllfa yn Wcrain yn frawychus ac yn dorcalonus. Mae miloedd wedi colli eu bywydau a miliynau yn byw mewn ofn, wedi colli eu cartrefi neu ffoi oddi wrth yr ymladd. Maen nhw angen ein cymorth.

Er mwyn.codi rhywfaint o arian i'w helpu, rwyf am geisio rhedeg 10km 50 o weithiau cyn i fi gyrraedd 50 oed, ddiwedd yr haf. Mae'n her i fi ond yn bwysicach mae'n gyfle i danlinellu y gwir angen am ein cymorth. Pe gallech roi cyn lleied a 10c am bob tro dwi'n rhedeg - £5 i gyd - buaswn mor ddiolchgar. Fe redais y 10k cyntaf heddiw, Mawrth 23, mewn amser o 59’24. Dim ond 49 arall i fynd! Fe wnaf rannu manylion am yr her ar fy safleoedd cyfryngau cymdeithasol!

The situation in Ukraine is frightening and heartbreaking. Thousands have lost their lives and millions are living in fear, have lost their homes or have had to flee from the fighting. They need our assistance.

To raise some funds to help them, I will try to run 10km 50 times before my 50th birthday at the end of this summer. It's a challenge for me but more importantly it's an opportunity to highlight the real need for our help. If you could donate as little as 10p for every time I run - £ 5 in total - I would be so grateful. I did the first 10k today, March 23, in a time of 59’24. 1 down, 49 to go! I will provide updates on progress on my social media pages.
