Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As you may be aware I lost my daughter on September 8th 2017 to Epilepsy SUDEP!
I cannot put I into words how heart broken I am.
Shannon was such a positive person and had such a great out look on life that I am trying to use that as a starting point to come to turns with our loss.
When Shannon was 18 she competed in a physique
competition, she trained extremely hard and pushed herself it was such an incredibly proud moment when she stepped out on that stage.. Amazing
I have decided that I am going to channel my energy into a competition like she did to raise money and awareness for Sudden Death in Epilepsy. I am so scared and excited because I know how hard she trained and I want to make sure that I do her proud.
Ross my Coach who will make sure that I am healthy and my body is doing everything that it should to prepare myself. www.rosspotter.co.uk
I have the full support of my family which means the world to me as they know how important this is to Shannon’s name for me to make her proud.
I hope you will join me in my journey and and support when wherever and whenever you can. I shall be putting out a fundraising page so you can donate if you wish all donations are going to Epilepsy Research UK.
Thank You
Rhona
