I am planning to remain silent for 4 hours while being surrounded by my family. I expect they will try to cajole me to  speak but I am determined to stay quiet  for this very important cause. 

I am taking part in silence speaks to raise awareness and funds  for motor neurone disease because my daughter Helena has MND  and also to help other people living with the disease.
