Story

It has always been my ambition to run the London Marathon but there was just one slight problem, I couldn't run more than 100 metres without getting out of breath! I've now somehow managed to get over this problem and my marathon ambition has come one step closer to being achieved.

I couldn’t aspire to achieve such a large feat on ‘fun’ alone though, I have also undertaken to raise a large amount of money for two very deserving charities: The Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre (MSRC) and Rhino Ark.

Many of you will have seen first-hand the devastating effects that MS can have on sufferers.  MSRC is a proactive and innovative charity, passionately committed to supporting anyone affected by MS through access to unbiased information and advice.

Rhino Ark was formed in response to the threat of extinction in the Aberdares of the Black Rhino, which, was being ruthlessly poached for the sake of its horn.  Rhino Ark's mission is to raise such funds and material to protect and conserve the habitat of the Black Rhino including the building of an electrified fence around the Aberdare National Park.

I think you will agree that these are both very deserving charities so please dig deep and donate now! Thank you.
