After successfully completing the 5km 'Race for Life' in June 2012, we have decided to double the distance and try and raise money for Woking Hospice. 10km is further than either of us have ever run before so is a real challenge!

The run is also in memory of Rhiannon's mum Valerie, who was a nurse at the Hospice and later spent her final days there, being cared for by the fantastic and caring staff.

Woking Hospice receives no government funding and relies on donations to continue its work. It costs over £5 million a year to keep the Hospice running so every penny counts. More information is available here: http://www.wsbhospices.co.uk/
