With my grandad and dad being both affected by heart disease, it's very close and real to me the effects heart conditions 

 

My grandad has is first heart attack 20 years ago and has since had 2 triple heart by passes which is a lot. I'm grateful that especially my grandad is still alive and well.

 

My dad also has heart problems and the work the British Heart Foundation does will give him and my mum the information the need to make sure dad stays healthy.

 

The money that I raise for the BHF will help fund the following: £1500 could fund a defibrillator - that can re-start the heart if someone has a cardiac arrest. £500 could fund a cardiac nurse working on the heart help line for a full week. £125 could fund the cost of a mannequin used for CPR training. £25 could provide an hour of specialist care from a BHF heart nurse to a heart patient and thier family, providing practical and emotional support. £10 provides 25 callers to the heart help line with a heart information booklet.
