Story

Hello!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page! I'm Rhianna and I'm a 3rd year International Relations student at LSE.

In September 2022 I will be trekking to Machu Picchu, along with others from Choose a Challenge, to fundraise for Marie Curie. I am looking forward to completing such an incredible challenge and raising money for such an important charity.

Personally, I really enjoy hiking and I love history so this is the perfect challenge for me! It's definitely a once in a lifetime experience and it will really push me to discover what I'm capable of.

The opportunity to raise money for Marie Curie is the major factor for deciding to take on this challenge. Marie Curie's end of life work is simply incredible and their nurses, hospices and volunteers have helped so many people living with terminal illnesses.

Facing the Coronavirus pandemic and further restrictions, I know this is a difficult time to be asking for money. But Marie Curie need your donations now more than ever. Please visit their website if you are interested in finding out more about Marie Curie's work in providing end of life care.

Please share. Please donate. Thank you.
