Hi all,

This year I shall be fundraising for Caudwell Children by running the Cardiff Half Marathon!! This page is also linked to Sara's incredible Sahara trek. My little 13 mile run is nothing in comparison to her 100km trek!!

We both aim to raise money for this amazing charity due to the fantastic, life changing grant that they offer to families of children with autism in order to access ABA therapy. Because of this funding we have been able to support families deal with issues such as challenging behaviour, sleep and feeding difficulties.
